Once you pay the 1,200 yen entrance fee, you can come and go as you please all day, from 10 to 17. (Not applicable to certain exhibitions.) There are about 50,000 comic books available to read anywhere you like on the premises — in the garden, in the hallway, on the staircase, etc.
